General Information[]
Randy Wrangler is the Sheriff of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, Badge #317.
Physical Description[]
Wrangler is a 50-year-old man with a distinctive and rugged appearance. He has light brown hair, which he keeps tied back in a ponytail, and sports a handlebar mustache along with light stubble. A pair of aviator sunglasses are a staple of his appearance, rarely ever removed.
On duty, he wears the BCSO's all-black high command uniform.
Background Information[]
Randy Wrangler was originally a police officer working for the Oklahoma City Police Department, where he specialized in undercover prostitution stings and breaking up ham fights.
Wrangler employs a style of policing that inherently prefers drug and gun busts. When Wrangler detains an individual for something small like illegal parking or speeding, he likes to use the individual's criminal record, possessions, affiliations and utterances against them to work towards a raid of their properties. He calls this a "pump".
After a temporary hiatus on tour in Thailand from his previous Senior Captain job in another precinct, Wrangler returned to Los Santos. He applied for a job at the SASP as he felt he "was bored" with life, feeling as if there was still more work to be done fighting the never-ending crime in the City of Los Santos. After interviews, he was hired at the rank of Sergeant on July 28th, 2024.
On January 11, 2025, Wrangler was fired from the SASP after a meeting with Chief Evan Coster and Deputy Chief Rome Dazzler. Wrangler was subsequently made the Sheriff of the newly reestablished BCSO.
